getting a sponsor is not easy, but it is possible. once you have reached 5k subscribers then you can have get sponsors easily, but you also need traffic on your videos not just subscribers, subscribers are useless unless they visit you channel and watch your videos.
There is a site called FAMEBIT where you find sponsors for Facebook, twitter and YouTube. few months back FAMEBIT was acquired buy google or you can say YouTube.
Youtube wants their creators to earn more, but only productive creators. if you are a full time youtuber then you can earn thousands of dollars with just one sponsorship. you can also get multiple sponsorship
but wait, it is not as easy as it sounds like. you need to create a video for your sponsor and you have to get that video approved by that sponsor and they will review your video, if you qualify then congradulations, if not better luck next time.
